Age Restriction

Through the Grapevine (www.throughthegrapevine.ie) will not sell any alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 18 years old, as it is illegal. Through the Grapevine (www.throughthegrapevine.ie) requires that customers agree to supply proof of age on request and we shall not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 18.

Payment Methods

You are able to pay with major credit cards, and laser cards. This site utilises their state of the art encrypted security to ensure that your details are transmitted securely. For more information please visit www.realex.ie.

Refund Policy

Though we shall check each order thoroughly before it is dispatched, there may be occasions where an item is either damaged or faulty. In the event of this happening, exchanges or refund shall be provided. In order to avail of this you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Once delivered we cannot take responsibility for the cost of the return of items.

Cancellations

Orders for private functions or corporate events can be cancelled 48 hours before delivery date, subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Minimum Orders

There are no minimum orders on 750ml or larger bottles. There is a minimum 24 bottle order on 200ml and 187ml bottles.

Availability of Products

All our products are sourced through reliable companies and are of the utmost quality. Vintages are subject to availability and are liable to change. Chosen presentation boxes are subject to availability - substitutes will be offered in the event of an item being out of stock.

Labels

Our labels are produced exclusively and solely for Through the Grapevine (www.throughthegrapevine.ie). The use of these personalised labels for reproduction or reprinting is deemed illegal and prosecution will be taken in the event of any such replication by a third party.

Custom Labels

We offer custom labels for wine orders and do not sell the labels independently. All our labels are designed to withstand both hot and cold temperatures and have an anti-tamper adhesive to ensure a long lasting product. For custom designed graphics there is a once-off set-up fee of €150 + VAT at standard rate of 21.5%.

Governing Law and Contract Formation

No contract will subsist between you and Through the Grapevine (www.throughthegrapevine.ie) for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Through the Grapevine (www.throughthegrapevine.ie) accepts your order by email confirming your order. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in Ireland. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Ireland and you and Through the Grapevine (www.throughthegrapevine.ie) irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

Contracts formed between Through the Grapevine (www.throughthegrapevine.ie) and users as a result of using this site shall be governed in all respects by Irish law and all such users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
