The Rosé colour comes from the addition of Pinot Noir wine at the end of second fermentation, the point at which still wine becomes Champagne. Jacquart is deservedly famous in France for its delicate Brut Mosaique Rosé Vintage style, dominated by the fresh flavours and aromas of the Chardonnay grape. Ideally serve as aperitif, but goes lovely with poultry dishes, leg of lamb, some pastries such as fruit tarts!
